My first time and it was good ;)
This was my first time ordering from Vivid Racing. They had the lowest price, by far, on the item I needed so I was expecting some kind of headache as a trade off. They were fast, efficient, and made sure I got what I wanted. I am adding them as one of my go-to places for parts.

Hello, our customer service team has emailed out when your orders were placed informing you of a 4-6 week lead time on production. We never received a response and proceeded with the order.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, high restocking fees, extremely strict return policy. This company does not care for customer satisfaction, only sales.
