Great product just a described and would recommend to family & friends for sure!!

After two weeks still didn't have any shipping info. Upon trying to get any update I could only get an automated system which said in 24 hours less I would have an update which never came. Upon reaching a person he stated that the automated system can't do that... He told me they'd have an update in 24 hours again, but still no update. A third contact revealed that it hasn't been shipped and won't even ship for another 3 weeks. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere

Got what I wanted

Ordering was easy and I received my brake tee quickly. The brake tee is of good quality and replaced the original one that failed.

My Fiancé was planning to order me a carbon trunk for father’s day last year. When she spilled the beans and told me I said I’d of rather have a different style. So she ordered me the right one , both on affirm to make payments. She cancelled the first one from vivid.. And confirmed cancelling. Next day the item still shipped out. They told her to except the order and take pictures and inspect for damage. We did that and it’s still sitting here because they said there would be a charge for shipping back. And a restocking fee which would be a complete ripoff to keep making payments on something you’re not getting back even close to what you were charged in the first place.. She tried to be super thoughtful me being a new father and got completely screwed and now paying on 2 trunks.

I ordered brand new clears and one of them came with the light broken. The light strip doesn’t turn on so the blinker doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to reach out to their team and have heard nothing back. Negative experience.

The part looks great. The welding looks so professionally done. Price is fair for the product. The delivery was unexpected, took longer than I thought it would. I noticed that the part makes me lose some HP and it is very loud. Anyways, good work Vividracing. I would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends. Thank you.
