Vonetel Experience #1
This was our first experience needing assistance from Vonetel. Matthew assisted us. He was very professional while assisting us. He was very clear in explaining what he was doing and also explaining what we needed to do and why. As this procedure lasted over several hours Matthew was very patient and was very willing to repeat instructions if we did not understand. This experience was a very positive one and we are very satisfied with this experience and our purchase of service from Vonetel.
