Purchased over $2,500 worth of their Ballistic Medicine Balls. They partially fulfilled the order and the remaining items placed on back order. I followed up monthly for the next six months. It has now been 13 months since the original purchase date and have been actively contacting the company requesting a refund for over six months. 12+ total attempts to contact… This has truly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. At this point, It’s not possible to blame mismanagement - This company is truly run by fraudulent, heartless people that do not care about honest business. They owe me $649.94
