No, “stripped bolts and threads right out of the box” is totally false. We do not ship used hardware, and we do not sue people for honest opinions. The issue is false statements presented as fact, which some of you keep trying to rebrand as “honest reviews.” What you are doing here is lying, pretending to be a customer, and trying to defame a business. for the record, we do not ship to Germany, where you posted this mistruth from. There is no record of this reviewer being a customer of Vulcan Strength. This review does not describe an actual transaction or customer experience.

“Horrible customer service,” a “nightmare” website, “cheap” products, “bullying” reviewers, and now “illegal content,” you managed to cram every talking point into one review without offering a single concrete fact behind any of them. We did not sue anyone for a negative opinion. Negative opinions are not the subject of the lawsuit, false statements are. And yes, we flagged your review. Not because criticism is “illegal,” but because false and defamatory content can be reported. Challenging a false review is not bullying, and it is not “filtering” just because you decided to repeat that claim too.

“They suck” and “I’ll never buy” is not a review. It is just another low-effort attempt to pile on and manipulate a business’s rating.

Telling a small business to “just go bankrupt” has nothing to do with a real customer issue. It is what happens when people swallow an influencer’s narrative and decide punishment matters more than facts. There is no record of you being a customer of Vulcan Strength.
