My wife's eggs were cold. She had almost completed her meal. And then they brought her the sausage. I'm gonna put a dispute in at my bank on this charge. That happened Friday night. If someone doesn't call me back4178257250 She told the waitress, the eggs were cold.The The waitress didn't say a word, just walked on. I'm not going to tolerate this. The store was on range line and Joplin, Missouri.If I don't have a phone call by tuesday , i'm going to dispute this charge

Same as usual at the Hamburg location: Rude Servers and Cooks, can't mind their own business, filthy, told me if I don't like it to go eat elsewhere. So I did. Never again! Plaudit location in Hamburg-Lexington KY is off my possibility list 🤮 08/13/2026 10:30 am

To go order I paid 35.00 I ordered bacon and extra sausage. When I got home I did not have either. Ordered at 1415 Main Street in Summerville , SC 29483 ..Around 7:30. The other order was ok….. i normally have an excellent experience at Waffle House….. I Love eating at Waffle House…..i went back up to the restaurant and spoke to them about it. They said they would back it right. Thank you Waffle House…!!!!

Literally sitting in the restaurant placing my order. When the waitress calls my order, one of the cooks who did my drop is sitting here on his phone while handling. The perk is he had a glove on the hand that didn’t have the phone. However, he proceed to keep rubbing his mouth and mustache with his wrist that the glove was on. On top of that, he just finally put his phone in his pocket and then gloved up without washing his hands. I know this happens more often than not but people are generally better at hiding it.

Back for another delicious,fresh and worth the buck experience. The waffles were delicious. The staff were friendly as always. The wait time isn't long at all considering the waffles are freshly made. I love the berry-licious. Its a combination of tart and sweet. The husband had the banoffee which wasn't overly sweet. Overall, Waffle Haus is by far the best waffle place for waffles in Christchurch

My server was so caring the food was so good and had good taste and good service. We ate at the Panama City location on Navy Blvd. Our server was Carrie but the entire staff was so welcoming and kind.

Sunday, July 12, 2026 I was at the Waffle house in Wake Forest. I would like to thank Nyvea for the best service she was not only the best waiter but great customer service skills, listened to my story of I’m a cancer survivor and paid she for my meal. I am use to giving to others. All the staff were friendly everyone worked as a team and also making sure the customers need were met. This Wake Forest Waffle House Rock!

The manager of the wafer house, 2540 in live oak, Florida, had problems keeping his business out of mine. that was taken care of previously i though! yesterday I was in there and I had ants crawling on my hand and biting me , I politely pointed out to the waitress. The manager there, who is still there, decided he wanted to come lean sideways up on the counter and try to discuss it with my wife while I wasn't in there today but outside on a phone call. She told him she didn't have any information for him about it.Then he decided he wanted to still stand there and lean by her and open up his phone and try to show her pictures of her of ants coming in the building He made her very uncomfortable knowing the situation between our family and the him, but he still persisted. When I walk up to the counter, I directly ask what's going on.He remain leaning there for a second then lean back with his phone and walked on. He does not hide his interest in the ladies, but my wife is not available. If upper management can make that clear to him, I'd appreciate it. I was trying to use a Waffle house, corporate line where you leave your reviews, complaints or whatever with them.But it just became too much of a hassle with different suggestions as to what they wanted you to do or you could do so I gave up and just went this route. Like I said , in my opinion , the gentleman needs to be spoken to or replaced. He really likes to try to push people and twist things in my opinion. I'm Am a Normal daily sometimes twice daily customer and have had no problems for a while with him. And he's want to try communicating again.All I want is my Waffle house breakfast or lunch or dinner. And I sure don't need him trying to play up to my wife. Take a look at the camera , starting at about 8:10 a.m. somewhere after that. He does not stand there like a professional manager and discuss something like that With her. plus it had nothing to do with her.It did me and I was there. His pompous and arrogant posture says everything.There was no professionalism in it when he approached her and he still didn't back off.Once she did not want to speak to him.He just simply whipped out his camera to show pictures of the ants coming in the facility.. And yet , he had no concerns with the cigarettes and trash down on the side of his building , piled up at the foot of a sidewalk. What I'm telling you is, in my opinion.You can look at it yourself and form your own. Should have reported it to the health department last week when he was standing on the waffle counter taking out ceiling panels during the breakfast meals , whiping them down from dust and a leak while all the customers were there eating. He should have blocked off the area. He was up there above the waffle area on the counter with his dirty shoes on and if you view the left lock on the ladder you will see he doesn't latch it down for safety. It's still in the upper position. THIS IS A PROFFESSIONAL WAFFLE HOUSE MANAGER????
