It is asking for a review after just watching one video and in the middle of me trying to sign up which I do not feel at this point I can write an honest review

After the one on one implementation facetime visit, the lady was supposed to contact me again that day. She did not. Few if any of the links they sent me worked and I emailed repeatedly to try to find out what was happening with my situation and no reply. Still trying at this point but servicie after the sale definitely needs attention. No way I can see to easily just cancel and be done with it either.

Well, they have wonderful advertising they are going help with meals and exercise really what you’re going to get is $90 worth of PDF’s which amount to less than 20 pages I mean go buy a book for goodness sake. You get one consultation video chat, where they are only there to get more money or not give you any guidance in which direction to go unless you put out more money for their personal Coach and Nutrition program which they do not want to reveal the cost of until you get more committed. So for the $27 and the $67 all I got is some paper and another sales pitch and told to sign up for two more apps (My Fitness Pal) (AI Read) which I would have to also pay for they don’t come with it. I whole bunch of naggy emails to sign up for more things and give them more money. Don’t expect you’re gonna get some help or a lifetime membership to anything except maybe their Facebook page. They say you can get a reimbursement in 30 days if not satisfied. But then once you’re in the website, it tells you you do not get a reimbursement, but you got your moneys worth in their less than 20 pages of PDFs. I’m so disappointed in spam sales people nobody really wants to help one another by fully disclose everything upfront. 😕Joy C.

This company has very aggressive marketing tactics. Continue to call (after I opted out of the emails), even 8 months after cancelling. Not ok.

Be CAREFUL to get ALL the facts. This program is not what it presents itself to be. Their marketing strategy is that they know more than other programs about how to help menopausal women be successful in changing body composition. That is NOT true. If you listen to any kind of health and wellness podcast, you can learn as much or more about how to achieve results. You need to be aware that this is ONLY a coaching program. They do not stand behind their program, only their coaches. You can see from many of the other reviews that women exited the program with no results or worse than when they entered. That was my experience. I was told when I joined that I had nothing to lose because there was a money back guarantee. THAT IS A LIE! The guarantee only applies if the company decides that the coach did not do their job. What are the odds of that happening?! In the end, they do not care if you reach your goals or not. You may notice that many of the people who praise the program have been enrolled for multiple years. This is in part due to the fact that the coaches will leave you in a maintenance phase for the better part of a year. They claim it takes this long to "heal" your metabolism. Then they put you into a little cut phase before your end date so you can see enough results to hopefully lure you into a renewal. They claim that the program is personalized but it seems very suspect. DO NOT JOIN this program if you have any knowledge of nutrition and fitness. You will not get further insight and you are at the mercy of what the coaches tell you to do whether or not that is in alignment with your goals.

Absolute scam! The video says if you aren’t happy just email and we will refund you no questions asked. Well, it’s be 5 min since my purchase and I am furious! What a scam!!!!! Schedule a call? Heck no!!! Upgrade to this, buy that, but wait if you buy this too you can lose even more….scam scam scam! And immediately I got hit with so many emails in my inbox. Then the texts started. I thought I was getting a nutrition program but you can't get past all the buy more, buy more and schedule a call first to even find out what you bought. Emailed customer service, they completely ignored the fact I asked for a refund and are saying they'll just help me figure out the program. Don't waste your money. I'm doing a charge back.

I signed up for the program yesterday. During the implementation call with Mia I was told the program would be an additional couple of hundred dollars. I explained to her I was not planning on paying another dime other than the $52 I had paid for the program ($27 plus $25 for the cookbook) but agreed to do the assessment anyway since there was no obligation. The first thing out of Ashtyn’s mouth during my assessment was that the program would be about $8000. I practically laughed and told her there was absolutely no way I would pay that. That is a far cry from a couple of hundred Mia had mentioned. That was the end of our call. This company is taking advantage of us who are desperate due to the weight gain menopause causes by offering something they may or may not be able to deliver. If I’m going to pay that much you better be cooking and going to the gym with me. Do yourself a favor, don’t sign up for their program. It’s not worth it! A gym membership would cost you a fraction of the cost and there is more than enough free information on YouTube to help reach your goals. You just have to sift thru all the crap like this. I am ready to take control of my situation and set up my own plan of action. All it takes is determination and self discipline. And yes, I agree macros and protein intake should be an important part of our diet. I have to give them credit, the cookbook is not bad. But is it worth $25. That’s debatable.

They lure you in with a $27 intro fee. Then they KEEP upselling you until you've spent hundreds of dollars. Save your $$$!!!
