We transitioned our 7-month golden retriever to We Feed Raw after struggling terribly with finding a food that would sit well with him. He tried countless kibbles, and all of them eventually led to the same GI upset, itchiness, and terrible breath. When we started We Feed Raw, the change almost instantly helped provide relief for Potato. We are excited to continue with We Feed Raw!

The product is great. It actually looks like raw meat. My dog loves it and his skin and coat has improved. We started in October 2025. Definitely recommend for a raw diet. Shipped to my door is just the cherry on top!

I have been a long time WeFeedRaw customer. My Frenchie, Stormborn has been on a raw diet for her entire 9 year existence and I love this company. They have been responsive, flexible, and Storm is getting a high quality product. I really like the new, easy-open packaging (it's much less messy). Food quality that you can see and great people running the show. Highly recommend them!

My pups love we feed raw! I find it very convenient and I enjoy how happy my fur babies are at mealtime. I tried others first but this seems to be the best for them. When I need changes the customer service is top rate. It has never been recalled for contaminates.

Been a long time customer, the food is decent enough, but the customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen from any business, still in business. They have no direct number, text only. I’m disabled, can barely type and see they offer no consideration for disabled. The three times I have requested assistance through the texting I have never received anything back from them. You type, leave a email, you get an estimated time, that never comes. Today it was 11 minutes for help, 8 hours later, not a peep! Same as the other two times. I e had issues of leaking food packages, missing or delayed shipments and a foreign object, paper in the food. I’ve sent pictures, requested help, and have never heard back from WeFeedRaw a single time!

In this case, the issue was not that phone support was unavailable, but that our delayed response made it harder for you to get help when you needed it. We have supported you directly on the phone with past concerns and have always tried to assist when issues were brought to our team. In this case, the delay was not due to a lack of care but to unusually high ticket volume during our distribution center transition. We understand that does not make the wait less frustrating, but we do want to be clear that your messages were not intentionally ignored. We know the automated wait-time estimate you received did not match the actual response time, and we understand why that felt unacceptable. We’re glad your shipment ultimately arrived frozen, but we understand the bigger concern here was the delay in communication and the difficulty reaching our team when you needed help. Company made it really easy to sign up, pick the right foods, and make adjustments. My dogs LOVE this food. One of them had to take a bit longer to adjust, but now they are so excited to eat, that they bark at me to hurry up when I am dishing it out. They look healthy, their coats are shiny and they love the food.
