they took my money and didnt ever send any food, or even respond

I dont even have any tangible evidence that this company is still in business. I placed an initial order over a week ago and there has been no indication that it has been processed, much less shipped. Ive tried 3 different methods to contact them, and zero response. No reply to text messages, and the automated chatbot leaves me on hold "for 4 minutes" endlessly. Is this a joke? DEFINITELY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! EDIT: I finally got a response, via their online chat. When i asked what the process was to submit a complaint, the representative, "Jelly" simply stopped responding.

I understand how frustrating that experience must have felt, especially when you’re expecting food for your dog and don’t see shipping confirmation right away. I’m glad we were able to connect by phone and talk through everything directly. As we discussed, orders placed before 12 AM ET on Saturday ship the following Monday. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the Monday of the next week. Because we only ship frozen orders at the beginning of the week to protect product integrity and avoid weekend transit delays, there can be a gap between the order date and the ship date depending on when the order was placed. Once an order ships, tracking is automatically sent via email. If you don’t see it, we always recommend checking spam/junk just in case. I’m sorry for the delay in responding to you through chat and text. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have, and I appreciate you giving us your feedback and the opportunity to clarify everything directly.
