It took extra time to finish the job due to this was a used machine and replacement parts needed ordering. Once we had all the parts, it went very fast to complete. Our technician, Brian, was great. Explained and answered our questions/concerns in detail and was easily understood. He definitely is an expert on our T300.

had a program problem where the unit froze. Within a few hours the folks from Weldmaster connected on line and fixed it for us. Fantastic support from this company, and their techs are very helpful and professional! thanks so much!

A bit hard to get a hold of people in the Service Department - this was even true for the Field Service Tech. Once parts were orders, all else went smooth.

I worked with Andy over the past two or three days. He was excellent to work with. He did all the work for me. He looked at the pictures I had emialed him and he was able to name each part and made this as easy as it could possible be. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any help. Support was great. Talked to my account rep and he aligned a meeting with key tech support and put together a very solid plan to help work thru some struggles we are experiencing. This sets Miller Weldmaster apart from all others.
