Great service

I signed up with WePay based on a recommendation by my CRM to process my credit card payments. I am a brand new business and as anyone knows who has started their own business and paid for it themselves, not having access to the funds you've rightfully earned is unacceptable and one of the biggest stressors you can face. I have just opened and in my first week of processing payments my business was deemed as high risk and my account has been frozen. I have no access to the funds I have processed and WePay is not responding to my attempts at resolving the situation. I can't believe they are still in business and haven't been shut down for theft. Perhaps it won't be long before they do...

Problem reports and error messages can be a bit obscure, but the support service is perfect

Any questions or concerns are taken with the utmost priority. Quick response times and very helpful and courteous support. No issues with deposits and withdrawals. Always done in a timely matter. Service fees seem on par with other competitors. Safety and security is a priority.
