Great likeness, looks just like the furry cat I know. Ordered for birthday gift. Concerned because I waited too long to order but it arrived in less than a week! She's going to love it!

This was our 4th purchase from West & Willow! That quality is consistent and excellent, and always so fun to receive. Our pet portraits look just like the photos we provided, character captured and all! We were happy with the accuracy and speed of our order as well.

I’m obsessed with the portrait I received.

I have purchased a portrait and a mug of our beautiful greyhound and they were awesome. Then I ordered two more portraits and another mug but when I received them, the images were not the ones I intended. I explained that I felt this was an issue with the ability to preview the actual final project in checkout. Regardless, I contacted customer support and explained that I was not happy with these portraits; it was the wrong picture, and yes, in the midst of the back and forth with them we lost our Nemo to cancer. Even as these are custom orders, they were very understanding and allowed me to reorder the portraits. I thought this was amazing customer service and we love these portraits. I would highly recommend West and Willow to everyone, and I will.
