I subscribed to WhatChimp specifically expecting to use the AI Agent functionality included in my plan. Unfortunately, the AI Agent has not worked for us at all since the day we subscribed. From the beginning, the AI Agent has remained stuck on “typing” and never sends a response. I followed all troubleshooting instructions provided by support, including checking the AI configuration, selecting the model, performing a hard reload, and clearing the cache. At their request, I also recorded and provided a screen recording clearly demonstrating the issue. Support confirmed that the case had been escalated to their technical team and that the problem appeared to be isolated specifically to AI response delivery. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly asked whether the cause has been identified, whether there is a temporary workaround, and whether the problem is expected to be resolved before our next subscription renewal. I still have not received a concrete technical answer or resolution. What is particularly frustrating is that the AI Agent has been unavailable throughout our subscription period, while our paid subscription continues to run. This means we have not been able to properly benefit from one of the important features we expected when purchasing the plan. We have been patient and cooperative throughout the process. We followed every instruction, provided the requested evidence, and waited after the case was escalated. What makes the situation even more concerning is that they have now stopped responding to my follow-up emails. After reporting a technical problem with a paid feature, completing every troubleshooting step requested, providing a screen recording, and being told that the case had been escalated to the technical team, I would at least expect continued communication and proper follow-up. For a paying customer to be left without a working AI Agent and then receive no response to follow-up emails is very strange and, in my opinion, does not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a company providing a paid business service. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the way this case has been handled. I will update this review if WhatChimp resolves the issue.
