⭐ 1/5 – Très mauvaise expérience J'ai supprimé mon compte sur WhatChimp et je m'attendais à ce que tous les prélèvements liés à mon abonnement soient arrêtés. Pourtant, j'ai constaté que la plateforme essayait encore d'effectuer des prélèvements sur ma carte Visa après la suppression de mon compte. J'ai contacté le service client pour obtenir des explications et résoudre le problème, mais les délais de réponse sont très longs. Dans mon cas, j'ai dû attendre une journée entière, voire plus, avant d'obtenir un retour, ce qui est particulièrement frustrant lorsqu'il s'agit d'une question de facturation. Cette expérience m'a laissé une impression très négative de la gestion des abonnements et du support client. J'espère que l'entreprise améliorera la transparence de ses processus de résiliation ainsi que la réactivité de son service d'assistance. Je ne recommande pas ce service sur la base de mon expérience personnelle.

It’s been an amazing 30days experience for me. To an extent, I have been able to solve the issues of constantly being logged out of WhatsApp due to Meta bulk messaging restrictions.
