wiltOS TechnologiesReviews of wiltostech.com

Alright, I've had wiltOS since the beginning of it's time for my GMod server. The addon itself is cool, but over-priced. Only good thing is they don't make you pay more if they add something to it. "So why the 2-star review?" Because your server needs to be whitelisted and you have to open a ticket. I opened a ticket and they asked so many useless questions with 1-2 day response times only to ask me another question. You wait all this time to just use the product. Goodluck if you wanna buy another product from them and get it whitelisted a week later.

ALSC is a great addon, customer support is what gets a low review, not only are support tickets long response times but I feel like I truly only get the right and correct support when the ceo responses to my tickets, the support agents don’t really help a lot as from my tickets. With a lot of clients and how long this company has been up I feel like by now that they should have support agents know what they are doing.
