Amazing add on with several features, I’m not even mad about the price because you can use it forever, but mate, The Customer Service is completely redundant, and even if you require more help, if David does not like you, he ends your ticket on the spot.

Their addons are amazing but I have three gripes 1. It is overpriced, especially for a gmod addon 2. Their customer support is slow and often unhelpful. 3. Set up is harder than it needs to be due to all of the security measures. After all that, the addons is still amazing but I wouldn't get it again.

I bought the Sentinel package this being their most expensive package i expected not only a high quality addon but some decent customer support. What i had when i first bought it was a few weeks going back and forth with them trying to send me the correct and non-corrupt files so it would work and waiting for them to whitelist it, during this one of their support staff was significantly rude and just frankly s***. I also went through the most painful journey you will ever go through with them and that is getting a new server whitelisted, instead of asking you for all the information they need to fill out their security requirements at once they filter them out over a few days which has meant i have now been waiting over a week and a bit for it to be whitelisted. Overall the addon itself once and when its working is good but the customer support and initial setup just isn't worth it and you just have to hope you don't get stuck with an overly hostile member of their support staff.
