Merchandising missing
I booked three upgrades during the BSB European tour. Nobody notified me I was not receiving the merchandising because there were missing info in my address until I contacted. Once I contacted I was told I could update the info up until the 8th of August and so far, I haven’t received any info about this merchandising. It’s pretty ashaming so far I haven’t received any news.

There hasn’t been any follow-up…
There hasn’t been any follow-up information on how the VIP package works as far as timing of sound check and backstage access.
