We paid 40 for a lanyard that does nothing. We were told we would get a presale code an never did. DO NOT BUY

How come the shipping is "free" in the…
How come the shipping is "free" in the promotional materials, but there is a "shipping and handling" fee charged? Seems misleading at best to add this fee onto the order.

Thank you for your feedback! I double checked to make sure that you were not charged for shipping. The fee was for handling only. I do see how the labeling can make that unclear and will share this with our team.
