Amazing watch my father loves it

The watches are well made and look great. Bought one for a friend as a secret Santa gift and he loves it.

When customer service finally got back to me (about 8 hours) the experience was pretty good. Dee was great to work with. Although I haven't received my replacement yet I feel that my problem will be resolved

Still haven’t received my watch that they messed up on the order. Insanity.

Gifted the watch to our son who loves the wood features and had no problem removing links with the included tools. Watch looks stunning.

I was sent the wrong watch. It’s been difficult getting in touch with customer service. I returned the watch and asked for a refund. The watch has been at the warehouse for 7 days and still no refund.

What made it great is you replaced, my first watch that stopped working. Thanks to "Dee" in your Customer Service Dept., Dee helped to get it replaced! The new watch seems to working very well, and I hope it continues to do so! Thanks again for honoring your warranty! Sincerely, Steve

I love the wood forest watches. I first purchased the Titanium Watch and was very satisfied with the Watch. I was so happy with the watch that I purchased another watch, the Hades watch. Unfortunately the crown of the watch came off and was lost. Customer service was exceptional and Dee arranged the return. After returning the watch , instead of just replacing the crown and send the watch back they sent me a completely different watch. After two attempts of receiving the wrong Watch I was told that the Hades watch was no longer available. I was told to select another Watch , which I did . The other watch that I selected was of lesser value and they was willing to reimburse me the difference. There customer service is exceptional and many thanks to Dee for her help .
