Workfront is an incredibly dynamic tool that can be truly customized based on your organization's needs. It's not without its flaws, however the incredible service from their Support and Engineering teams are exceptional. In addition to their exceptional customer service, Workfront has done a wonderful job building an entire community for their clients to share information, tips, and best practices with each other. I am always impressed to see how much interaction there is, not only between Workfront users, but also the input from Workfront staff who actively join in on the conversations to offer insight or advice. Workfront is a wonderful, dynamic, and very complex system that allows you to tackle your work processes in a variety of ways. The amount of options available can certainly be overwhelming, but Workfront staff will bend over backwards to help you understand and make the most of your implementation and ongoing system improvements.

Lots of customization - steeper learning curve than I expected.

I've enjoyed using the product to see new releases of code for mobile. It has been helpful to see and test the new functionality. It is also a good opportunity to provide feedback to our team on improvements that will be deployed soon. Love all of the improvements!

We purchased this tool at just about the same time our team was fed up with the current process we had for project management (excel spreadsheets). Users were able to adopt the product rather quickly and we have been tweaking the use of our instance since we launched. Overall, we have had a very smooth transition, just a couple of system bugs or workarounds we have experienced.

Great project management. Needs to complete the proofing integration. UX has a lot of issues, too developer driven. Needs to have more customer feedback and focus groups.

Workfront is a very intuitive and easy-to-use tool. It has fields and information already by default but many times it becomes very limiting because even when you can customize fields you can not do for example a "% planned advance" field to compare against "% completed". Sometimes making formulated fields becomes very complicated because it does not accept some formulas. The Ipad APP is a very defined executive report, which does not allow you to configure the information you need or want to see (for example different information fields such as custom fields)

Solid Platform and Great Support Workfront has most of the tools that we need and gives us the flexibility to make adjustments within our build as needed.

I have used WF since Dec 2017 and for the most part it works well. It is good when it comes to creating timelines for individual projects but cannot support when building a campaign which includes up to 50 projects. Whereas Excel allows you to build one big campaign with smaller projects below it with key dates rather than detailed tasks, WF doesn't seem to accommodate this. This makes it very hard for the account teams when sharing with the client. WF is not the most visual tool so people tend to avoid exporting timelines to share with the client as it is not visually appealing. The new layout from WF has received mixed feedback with things jumping around on the screen so that does worry me as the old layout didn't present any issues. It has some good reports which I think is good for tracking!
