Sho is a pro! I got my first 6 figure salary because of his tips! His tips really help my personality and career stories shine. I could tell that the interviewers were so much more engaged with me compared to my previous way of conducting interviews. I even had interviewers tell me I’d forsure be going into the next round before the interview was even finished. His tips helped me become a lot more calm in interviews, more conversational, and not view interviews as interviews. You got the skill set, let him show you how to package in a way that will make you more desirable to companies. He’s got some subtle nuanced tips that make a big overall impact. I love his fresh perspective in the career advice world. Highly rec!

Hi Sho, I wanted to thank you. A couple of months ago I desperately needed to change jobs. I didn’t buy any of your products, I live in CZ and the exchange rate is not really in my favor, but I watched every single video you made about interviews and salary negotiations. I also participated in those webinars you did for many days touching the basics of these topics. In less than a month I got the offer I was looking for: 20% salary increase and a complete lateral move to a job I didn’t really have work experience on but I loved profoundly (Sustainability). The % increase may not look like much but it was exactly what I was looking for. Keep helping people the way you do, because you don’t only teach us how to get a job. You are also enabling us to be happy with our careers, to make 9 to 5 feel like nothing, and to look forward to Mondays. When you love what you do, it doesn’t really feel like work, and that’s what your teachings create. Thank you again.

I signed up for GHA after saving Sho’s reels for years but always thinking I’m happy enough. That happy enough path eventually led me to a full blown breakdown where I abruptly quit my job without a plan or savings or job offer lined up. To say I was feeling vulnerable was an understatement and the front-end investment to sign up for this course truthfully felt overwhelming. But it was life changing. The course is crafted so thoughtfully and earnestly, and Sho has a way of making every student feel seen, heard and supported. Which is amazing considering every one is in different industries, in different phases of their career journeys and physically located across the globe! His EQ is as critical to the success as the lessons in the modules, and I can’t recommend him as a coach, and his GHA program as a guide, enough. Just weeks after the program ended, I accepted an offer for my dream job at my dream company, making more as an entry level employee than I had in my previous company in a director role. I’m about to hit my one year and last week I received a promotion, and I truly don’t believe this would be my story had I not taken the chance to invest in myself and say yes to Get Hired Academy. I’ve never been happier in my career and I know part of that is because I now have the skill set to make a change should I ever find myself once again saying “I’m happy enough.”

Sho’s genuine interest in every client’s success shines through in all interactions. This, combined with with templates, tools, and frameworks that distill the job search process into easy to follow steps make GHA a worthwhile investment. Additionally, with lifetime access to the program, I can refer back to GHA's strategies and templates during future job searches.

Based in Singapore, I have been on the job hunt for about a month and your tips have been valuable in how I changed up my CV and cover letter via your YouTube stream back in June. The biggest change has been via your tip on treating the interview like a conversation which got me into second and third interviews while still getting initial interviews (I have had to schedule interviews 4 days later than what is proposed😅) Appreciate it!

Sho taught me so much and gave me all the tools to set me up for success! He is such an empathetic and supportive coach. He truly cares about helping you become the best version of yourself. He helped me diminish my limiting beliefs, which motivated me to shoot for the stars! I was able to pivot into the tech industry and land a dream role at Amazon. Thank you again Sho for everything you've done for me!

I was looking for new jobs (which I hadn't done for nearly 3 years) My resume was VERY outdated. Sho provided immediate tips and templates on how to craft a relevant resume. The title speaks for itself - Sho and his team are legit.

Working with Sho has been nothing but amazing! Him and his team are very organized and take the time to make sure you are seen. They helped me find the weaknesses in my resume and I believe it really helped me in my job search and finding my new role. Great partner!
