WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

Quick, clear help from Joao solved my issue, regardless of how many questions I asked.

Pretty satisfied, we have been using WPForms on dozens of websites since 2020. The plugin is a bit expensive, but the team is really nice and helpful!

Great support team, very helpful and knowledgeable, especially for a luddite like me. Special shoutout to Omar.

Demonstrated as advertised. WPForms follows through on its promise to offer a powerful, user-friendly plug-in. Their tech support is also first class.

I had such a great experience with a couple of their Senior Technical Support Specialists. I was having trouble integrating my forms with other apps and also, I realized that I had accidentally purchased a 2nd license when I switched domains. I'm not a super technical person so the service team is just as important, if not more important, than the product itself. Don't get me wrong, I love WPForms and how easy they are to build and style... but the service I received from Ralden and Prashant was the best! They identified and solved my issues very quickly and even though I was the one that created the issues, they didn't make me feel bad about it. A million stars from me because they were professional, efficient, helpful, and kind : )

I have used WP-Forms for a long time. They have a great product and great support. I recently had a problem on the website and they quickly assisted and followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you, Pranali.

WPForms is easy to use and it has everything you could ever need. You can make your forms anything you want them to be. When you need support they are there to help you quickly and efficiently, I definitely recommend this!

This is the best form product ever. I use it on my website and it helped me so much. I highly recommend it. Easy to use. There’s nothing better.
