My 9.5-year-old Korean Jindo-mix started showing signs of pain in his hind legs, but after several weeks on Wuffles Advanced Hip and Joint Support, he acts like his younger self. My dog is finicky and refuses to eat the chews, so I grind them up, combine them with his Dinovite, and stir two scoops of the resulting mix into his breakfast of light tuna. I just wish your chews were available as a powder so that I didn't have to grind them up.

Our dogs have not been a fan of the products from Wuffes from day 1. We did all the things they recommend, breaking up the chewable, giving it with food, etc. Giving it with food worked for about a week, then our dogs started refusing their food. Then before we could get through 1/4 of the product the chews got rock hard so we couldn’t even use them. The worst part is they don’t provide any kind of notification when the next shipment is going to be coming so unless you know that you will get surprise shipments and charges. I had forgotten about the subscription because it was every 90 days, so when I got the surprise shipment I immediately cancelled the subscription. Then reading the 90 day guarantee I reached out to customer service stated we just received it ( we couldn’t reject it because it is via FedEx so unless we sat at our front door all day it was impossible). The box hasn’t been opened and they said too bad we don’t accept returns but we can off 25% off. So their 90 days is a scam. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware. It may work for some but it is not for all and they will do NOTHING to make it right.

Wuffles exceeded my expectations. I contacted Wuffles because my fur baby passed away and I inquired if the shipment that was on the way was refundable. Veronica reached out to me and explained my options. I requested a partial refund and will donate my item to the local Humane Society. I don't know if Renner was starting to feel ouchy at 8 yrs old or just slowing down but 2 weeks in and it's like he's a brand new dog! I even accidentally ordered late and he went about 2 weeks without Wuffes and im telling you he went back to being slower... got my Wuffes in started back over and 1 week in I can already see a difference!
