Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about the experience with Wuffies and your elder dog. It's important to prioritize your pet's health and well-being, so taking him off the supplement upon noticing adverse effects was the right decision. Diabetic dogs can have sensitive reactions to certain supplements or medications, so it's crucial to consult with a veterinarian before introducing new products into their routine. It's positive to hear that the company and its customer service were helpful in facilitating the refund process for you. If you ever consider trying joint supplements again for your dog, it's advisable to discuss with your vet to explore alternative options that may be more suitable for his condition and health status. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope your dog's joint problems can be addressed through other means that are safe and effective for him.
