I made a one-time purchase from this company and never signed up for a subscription or authorized any recurring orders. A few weeks later, I unexpectedly received another package and was charged for it. I did NOT place this second order and I did NOT authorize the charge. I have already reported the unauthorized charge to my credit card company. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Customers should not receive additional products or be charged for orders they never placed. I recommend being very careful when ordering from this company and checking your account and credit card statements closely.

I purchased these treats for my dog because the website advertised a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. I figured there was little risk in trying them, especially with the buy-one-get-one discount. Unfortunately, my dog would not eat the treats, so I contacted the company within the guarantee period and requested a refund. Despite the advertised 90-day guarantee, they refused to refund my purchase. To make matters worse, about a month later I was charged again for a subscription that I never signed up for or authorized. I contacted them again, and although they agreed to refund that subscription charge, they still refused to honor the satisfaction guarantee on my original purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or company. If you decide to purchase, buyer beware and make sure you carefully review the terms and watch your account for unauthorized subscription charges.

My Chihuahua could barely make it up the stairs to get into the house and now she bounds up the steps as though she is a young dog. I will definitely continue these hip and joint chews. (Besides she absolutely loves them.)

Too long shipping process. The product needs to be shipped the day I pay for it. I paid on 9 05 26 today is the 8th and it still isn't at the shipper. 10 days is way too long to wait I get other stuff a lot quicker 5 to 7 days.

Easy to make a one time order of (2) jars to try out first and great delivery time.

They can't get my order straight after three emails. They insist I have subscriptions with autorenewals and I never subscribed. I just wanted to order two basic products. I am asking for them to cancel my two orders, issue a full refund and I will order with a company that can actually talk by phone to straighten out issues.
