I had the opportunity to speak with Noe regarding my recent order. He was pleasant, not pushy and very patient and took the time to discuss the product. I didn’t give five stars initially because my Granddaughter Dog Maui isn’t through her 60-90 days of joint therapy. I can say that she is walking at a better clip and laying down doesn’t seem to take as long. So with that said I feel comfortable saying I believe when Maui finishes her 60-90 days she’ll be able to jump up on the bed the first time and won’t require assistance. I started giving Wuffes to my 18 year old Chihuahua because he had started to slow down and was having joint problems. He now is back to acting like a much younger dog. Jumping on and off furniture, running and playing with his doggie siblings, and just getting around much better. No carrying him up the stairs anymore!

Honest it works great

My 13 year old coon hound had terrible joint issues and ALOT of difficulty getting up and walking. I started her on the advanced hip and joint chews and she is like a new dog now. She can get up and even slowly runs now! She is a whole new dog and does not seem to have any pain in her joints anymore. I highly recommend this product. Customer service with this company is also top notch!!

I never received my package. Never heard from anyone as to why this happened.

My dog would not chew these. I ended up crumbling them and forcing her to take them for about a week, then gave up. It wasn't fair to her. I reported it to the company and was offered sympathy but no refund.
