Everything online went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that after checkout I was recommended at a generous discounted price, which I took advantage of in hopes my 15 year old baby starts feeling a little bit better.

I've ordered this product and it seemed to make a positive change in my dog. Due to a financial situation I was forced to not order again things have improved and I'm ordering this for my dog. The company seems to show genuine concern for our pets. So glad to be able to order this for Bailey

Have 4 dogs and all 4 had terrible gastrointestinal issues after consuming this product. Emailed the company to cancel subscription but they still sent out more product. Told them i DON'T WANT IT BECAUSE TOXIC TO MY DOGS and they refused to co-operate. Don't buy this as it's not regulated and your dog may become, like mine very sick from consuming this highly toxic product.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and that our product didn’t work out for your pups. We never want to cause distress to any pet or pet parent, and your feedback is taken very seriously. Gastrointestinal issues can be very upsetting, and while many dogs do well on our supplements, we understand that every dog is unique and can react differently to ingredients. Please know our products are formulated with veterinarian oversight and manufactured in facilities that follow strict quality and safety guidelines. That said, we’re deeply sorry your dogs had a negative reaction. We also apologize for any confusion or difficulty with your subscription cancellation. That’s not the experience we want you to have. Please reach out to us again at [email protected], and we’ll make sure your subscription is fully canceled and any concerns are promptly addressed. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we appreciate the opportunity to do better.

Good stuff! The agent reached out to me because I had trouble with my payment and she wanted to be sure I had enough product. I assured her that we were still good but my card had maxed out. We adjusted the timing and it will be fine for next month. She took the time to help me figure it out with no pressure or problems. She was very helpful and kind! The product is working well. My 12 yr old dog has Cushings and joint issues and these are helping her tremendously.

It’s even more heartwarming to know that our supplements are helping your 12-year-old girl feel better, especially as she navigates Cushing’s and joint issues. You're clearly giving her so much love and care, and we’re honored to be part of her wellness journey.
