The cutter/ server in the cutting board for the red meat/pork chops/ was extremely rude. African American man with a bad attitude. If he doesn't want to work he should choose a different job. There was another African American man in front of me very polite and was waiting for a good cut meat (there wasn't anything pre cut like the prime rib ) the server/cutter gave him a piece which wasn't that big. The man waited if maybe he was going to get another. That didn't happened. The guy said have a good day but I saw the guy was like confused. He walked away. I asked for a small piece,he threw it literally in my plate and walked off cussing and saying are you f*** for reals these people. I was like what the hell just happened. But I tried not to pay attention. Later I told my husband who was with me what happened and he said that exactly happened to him too. I was like ok I wasn't imaging things. I just think that if you work in a customer service/ hospitality industry don't have that attitude for no reason. Especially cussing in front of people. I was disappointed of how it tainted my experience. My husband and I were excited to eat there as a first time consumer because of the great reviews.

My partner and I went to Delilah at the Wynn Las Vegas to celebrate her birthday, expecting the level of service and professionalism that both Delilah and the Wynn are known for promoting. Instead, we left with one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. The problems started before we even arrived. Trying to reach Delilah by phone was completely pointless because they simply do not answer. It didn't matter whether we called during business hours or outside of them—nobody ever picked up. For a restaurant operating inside a property that constantly advertises itself as a luxury destination, that's unacceptable. Unfortunately, things only got worse once we arrived. The manager at Delilah was unnecessarily rude and dismissive toward my partner on her birthday. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude we received. What should have been a special evening became uncomfortable and disappointing. To make matters worse, both of us became violently ill after dining there. We reported the situation to the Wynn and expected our concerns to be taken seriously. Instead, Wynn conducted what they described as an investigation and concluded that our illness was unrelated to our meal at Delilah. Even if that's the conclusion they chose to reach, what was most frustrating was how they handled everything else. The manager's behavior was essentially brushed aside. The fact that Delilah never answers its phones was ignored. The only response we received was that they would "pass the feedback along." That isn't accountability. It's a corporate way of saying, "We heard you, but we don't really care." For a company that prides itself on delivering a five-star experience, the Wynn showed remarkably little interest in making things right. No meaningful follow-up. No genuine concern. No effort to address the treatment we received. Just excuses, dismissiveness, and a clear desire to protect the brand rather than the guest. Luxury isn't about chandeliers, expensive cocktails, or a famous name. Luxury is how you treat people when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, both Delilah and the Wynn failed that test completely. Shame on Delilah. Shame on the Wynn. We won't be back, and we'll be sure to share our experience with anyone considering spending their hard-earned money there.

I recently stayed at the Wynn Las Vegas April 2026, in room 5567. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by occurrences of experiencing bites and while I suspected they might be from bed bugs, the hotel had a third-party inspection that found no evidence. The Wynn would not let me see this report. This did little to alleviate my concerns or discomfort and I was disappointed to find that the hotel took no action to offer reimbursement for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced. Communication with their claims department was less than satisfactory, as it felt more focused on risk management than customer care. I am sharing this review to inform potential guests of the Wynn my experience, as I believe it highlights important issues regarding customer service and responsiveness to guest concerns. While the Wynn Las Vegas has a reputation for luxury, my experience left much to be desired. I hope my review helps others in making informed decisions.

the best of las vegas! overall classy civilized elegant atmosphere, large rooms with everything needed, clean well equipped with tech and personal necessities, everything is as near perfect. great food in restaurants, lobby bar, and some good choices in the mall. amazing staff, incredible facilities, pools, gym, best spa in vegas, best staff—they are professional, genuine and sincere. would recommend this place to anyone who has a an appreciation for when things get done right! thank you steve & elaine wynn🙌
