I like the fast and clean UI. Despite my enthusiasm, it is still in its early stages. The user interface has a few bugs, and the payment system is illogical. Oh, and if you rely on support, you still don't want this; customer service is far too slow.

I cannot praise xCloud enough! They're still an "infant" company, but they have built a super robust product, are very affordable/reasonable in their pricing, and they have some top-notch support. (Thanks, Cassandra!) I can't recommend them enough. The feature-set is fantastic and everything is very simple to use. I've run into a couple of small snags here and there, and support has been extremely responsive and helpful.

Amazing service, new to mVPS and they answered all my questions via Livechat and email before purchasing. Was able to guide me on server locations, migrations, vCPU specs, etc. XCloud panel is great, basically no learning curve vs Cpanel, Spanel, etc.

I've been with xCloud for a while now and have only good things to say about them. The whole setup seems great from start to finish and my sites perform great on the host. Sheri helped me out today specifically.

It's hard to find the perfect hosting dashboard, but xCloud is pretty damn close! I thought Cloudways was it, but unfortunately their service has gone downhill. Give it a try, you will see what I mean.
