Listen, I've been through the hosting circus before, and finding xcloud.host felt like finally catching a break. I needed a custom server setup and was expecting the usual runaround, but these guys actually got their hands dirty and helped configure everything to my exact specs. Their stack is seriously quick - we're talking noticeably faster than my previous hosts - and get this: it's running at about half what I was paying at Cloudways. I almost did a double-take when I saw the pricing! But here's what really sold me: their support team. You know how most hosting support feels like talking to a wall of pre-written responses? Not these folks. They jumped in and helped sort out my custom configuration like it was their own project. That kind of support is hard to find these days. Look, I'm not saying they walk on water or anything, but if you need reliable hosting with support that actually supports, xcloud.host is worth checking out. Saved my bacon on this project, and I've been a happy customer since. Bottom line: Fast servers, great prices, and support that actually helps. Can't really ask for more than that. Goodbye Cloudways

We recently migrated our client sites from a reputable Managed WordPress Web Host to Xcloud. Xcloud strikes a balance between being a Managed Web Host and an application to manage your WordPress servers. They excel at this. Not only are we experiencing substantial speed boosts on all our client sites, but they’ve also been exceptionally responsive and helpful in terms of support all at a fraction of the cost. They are constantly adding new features too.

Although I already wrote a review in August, I would like to point out that the progress xCloud made in only a few months is amazing. They add new features with a fast pace but not in bad quality. What they do works very well and makes administrating servers an easy task. What I like most is that it's possible to manage third-party servers from other hosters like Hetzner. This way one isn't forced to use only the servers offered by xCloud. This makes xCloud a real unified and independent server management platform. I just love to work with the app and also with the support. Which is responsive and knowing. Great work so far. Looking forward what else is coming in the future :).

This is best cloud hosting I used ever. Main thing is their support team. Which is awesome! Specially I want to mention support team member "Florence" Quality - Support - Price All awesome!!

I migrated 3 sites from to xCloud. Slow support and 504 Gateway errors. A huge mistake on my part especially from following affiliate reviews; especially those that don't even use xCloud! I chose their Vultr and NGNX!! I have edited my review due to xClouds reply below. xCloud replied below: 'Based on our observations, all systems are running smoothly and as expected' That was not what you emailed me. You said 'we reached out to our infrastructure partner, Vultr. According to their insights, the problem was likely related to a temporary network issue on their end' I then had the same issues the following day '504 Gateway Time-out. Support is awful and I was told everything is ok. If it happens again to contact them! I asked where they are based as support is slow and perhaps it's simply a time difference - I understand the whole team (CEO etc) is from Bangladesh and support replied - based in the USA! I have now migrated all 3 websites away from xCloud, deleted them and removed their server. Still awaiting a reply from billing support to acknowledge cancellation. My personal opinion - STAY CLEAR from this one! Cloudways is far superior!

Encountered a problem after a server reboot and they solved the issue in 15 minutes or less. Recommended!!!

Fast response. and obviously I migrated to them because of website speed. Recommended!
