Great customer service! Allowed me to have my order put on hold so I could double check my ring size before going forward with it. After giving them the corrected size they got to work on it right away and it came to me quicker than I expected. It is a very beautiful ring and I’ve had many compliments on it! Looks and feels well made!

I ordered my ring in June 2023. It didn't arrive on time, so I contacted the seller and they contacted the postal service. I was in contact with the seller for a half a year and was told to wait each time I asked for an update. Finally in December I asked for a refund, which the seller didn't respond to. So I turned to Paypal's help center and they refunded my money in February 2024.

From our side we did our best – created and sent the parcel with your ring as quick as it can be, unfortunately, we don’t control the post work, although once the customer had messaged us, that she didn’t receive the parcel, we wrote to the post immediately and claim the statement for search of the package. No matter how much we want the parcels be delivered as quick as it can be, however, unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. From our part, in order to reassure the buyer, we always stay in touch, we check the updates that the mail sends us.
