Satisfied repeat buyer of varius accessories.
I am happy to find the accessory that is not easily found. The item arrived relatively quickly considering it was shipped internationally. I would suggest more packing material since a non-structural corner of the hitch cover broke off during the transit; I plan to glue it back on.

Nice license plate frame
The license plate frame worked great and I didn't have to drill any holes in my bumper. I wish that I would have known that they are in the Netherlands now, but shipping only took a few weeks.

The license plate holder fell off of…
The license plate holder fell off of the front of the car and we are now missing a license plate

We're really sorry to hear this happened. If you still have any parts of the mount, would you mind sending us a few photos? We'd love to take a closer look — sometimes issues like this can be related to how the mount was fitted, so the photos will really help us understand what happened and figure out the best way forward.
