I really love the sign itself but thoroughness from company lacks
I really love the sign itself, but the thoroughness from the company is lacking… all issues pertain to battery problems. First, everyone gets a remote, but mine came with a battery. No big deal, but there is nowhere in the paper instructions included to tell you what size the pancake watch-type battery the remote takes. Got it working by trial-and-error method. Second, I paid $100 extra for a battery pack for the light itself. What came was an empty plastic rechargeable battery holding case, prewired (about a $5 appearing cost) to hook up to the light. It takes 6 batteries based on the +/- stickers on the inside of the case. What size batteries? Still trying to figure that one out… they are slightly larger and longer than a AA but C would be too big in diameter. If batteries are not included, at least make it easy for people to go out and purchase by telling them the size. Would definitely given 4 stars, possibly 5 if this had been provided… Awaiting feedback from this review for the rechargeable battery size.
