The team has been nothing short of kind, patient, available with stupid (and sometimes multiple repeatings) cos I was so overwhelmed with the change after so many years. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do their own booking system. Well done. From start to finish 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒 (cos way sweeter than 5 stars)

The whole system is very laborious, does not work, is not app based which I made very clear it needed to be for myself to run the company and also for my doctors to use, the system has NEVER worked for the doctors, with missing items such as log in always a problem, not able to see the medical history forms, the video link as never worked, and they cannot see into the photos that should be displayed for them to discuss with virtual consultations, and now trying to move to another more developed diary system they are no no longer communicating with me, so they are not to be trusted

I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for training both at your Manchester base and on launch day at the Mill. As someone who is of an age and doesn’t fine online training easy, However making the journey to Manchester was absolutely worthwhile, and I’m so pleased I did. The training was delivered in such a professional, friendly, and supportive way. Everything was explained clear, no questions were ever felt like a silly one and I came away feeling much more confident about the process. Then on Launch day you was so kind to come to The Mill and help me and make sure our clinic was ready for launch I really can’t thank you enough and I appreciate all your hard work and time that has gone in to all you did to making this launch with Zenoti a great success. Please could you pass only thanks to everyone involved. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, and I am very great full as is Sharon.
