While all of our jewelry uses real gold, we give customers the option to choose from either solid 18-karat gold or 18-karat gold over sterling silver. We wanted to offer both options so that customers could choose the investment best suited for them. However, we understand that it caused confusion and we will work on making the differences clearer on our website. We appreciate your feedback, your kind words, and your support :)

We did include preorder and back-order information on our product pages, but we realized it wasn’t clear or visible enough, and that was our mistake. Since then, we’ve updated our website to make it much clearer when an item won't ship immediately, along with its expected shipping timeline.
