Absolutely no customer care! They aren't set up to deal with humans. The site is fun for checking house prices (if they are correct) but that about it.

I had the distinct pleasure of having Michael Woods as my agent. He stayed all the way through to guide me on first home purchase ever, an happened to be when I moved to North Carolina. Even after closing there for afterwards with some unseen events that happened Michael was there to make sure the seller kept his end up so I could enjoy the pleasure of owning my home, for once in a lifetime. So if anyone is looking for a good agent Michael Woods will be there in Pikeville to help as he did with me.

Zillow is the absolute worst in putting a value on your home. We have a solid brick ranch with solid hardwood floors just installed a new HVAC. Our home has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and they lowered the estimate $34,000 in one month!!! We have a detached garage and a new 24x12 building plus a smaller building. Zillow please remove our home from your very fake website.

We have a great RealEstate Agent Trent Taylor who helped us find a beautiful home in Suffolk, VA. I would recommend him as he is very professional, nice and motivated.

The application from tenants can be fraudulent. I accepted this tenants based from Zillows Tenant Screening and it cleared the applicant of criminal and civil background. Fast forward after 6 months, I evicted this tenant this month and somebody told me to look into the public records and behold the tenant have several (both) eviction and other civil and criminal background from 10 years to current this year, I would have not accepted this tenant should those tenant screening reflected the correct report. I am sharing this so other landlords be warned to use other screening service

Scammers, they buy property and then list higher rates in areas

Zillow is five years out of date on pictures and prices. Many people are not paying their mortgages and the banks will soon take those properties back and put them on the market. The sellers will out number the buyers, thus dropping the prices severely. People over paying today are keeping prices artificially high and will soon regret it.

Zillow significantly UNDERESTIMATED the value of our home and REFUSES to remove our listing! Is this AMERICA or Nazi Germany?
