Submitted customer service request three times to report grossly incorrect home value estimate and in the end nothing happened. My properly is valued $1.5 million from reputable sites such as Chase and Redfin, yet Zillow shows $600K. Both of my neighbor property are valued at 1.6 million. This issue started about six months ago and they did nothing to address it.

I was interested in knowing if a listing had garage parking, so I clicked the area where it said "Contact Agent." Some call service calls me back and stated that I would need to be a buyer if I wanted my question answered. Unprofessional at best.

Zillow is the worst! If I could give a zero I would. They never get back to you. I don't know the point of the site. Do t waste your time. Zillow is a joke!!!

Can someone explain me why as a realtor you are paying to get leads from Zillow who is a real estate brokerage. Don`t you think that Zillwo will keep the good leads for themselves and will sell you the bad leads. Think!

Sold my data without permission to mortgage brokers and now I'm being harassed nonstop after I tried to use a mortgage calculator. (It didn't even work and was a dark UI method to hand over my data) There's no opt out or unsubsrcibe though!

Zillow hijacked my listing from MLS and changed the data to make it look bad and I have sent them several requests to correct it without any response. Is this illegal. May need to file with Atty general and TREC.

I rented a home through Sylvan homes I found on Zillow and Zillow needs to sever business ties with Sylvan since their rental property conditions are less than up to par. I’ve been in a sylvan rental home for almost 2 weeks and have not have running hot water to take a shower. Maintenance does not respond and the service center is not in this country…Sylvan does not stand behind their guarantees and is will most definitely drive tarnish Zillow

Recently listed my home, which was priced by an experienced real estate agent. Zillows Zesitmate was over 100k less than the listing price, and I contacted them to address the issue. It’s been over two days, and still nobody has gotten back to me. I sent it again today, and still no response. We have had potential buyers that turned away based on this erroneous “Zestimate”. Not only is Zillow way out of touch with home prices, their customer service sucks too.
