I order doll on blackfriday sale and pay. After 13 days when factory produce it they ask me for more money, i refuse to pay more for doll on sale. Because of that they send me doll with some cheapest delievery. They give me wrong tracking number, they send me after second wich not work. They missed their deadlines several times. Is this site scam? No its not, but they need to be more eficient in delievery with more coordination with their delievery partners. Whole shoping expirience was time consuming, exhausting, anoying and stresfull.I need to constantly talk with support and report that i not recieve package because they dont have control over whole proces. After 157 days i recive doll and Zlovedoll can thank Aibei for 3 stars because Aibei did excelent job with crafting and packing. Product is premium.

The customer service here is good. They are responsive during their working hours, though it isn't an immediate response within 1-5 seconds, of course. Usually, it takes 5-10 or 15-25 minutes, but they are often using that time to check for confirmations and details. Their items are a pretty sweet deal compared to other sites. I will likely buy from them again. I just have to save up some money first.

I informed them I could order it 5% cheaper from another website but I ordered from them only because their site wrote it is in stock, they didn’t react anything on it. After I asked the delivery time on the day of the order they told me this model is out of stock. I wrote that they can send any of the 2 same bodies with different heads and wigs because their website wrote them in stock. They told they must order these dolls from the factory. I ordered at 02.01., today is 30.03., and the doll is currently in the customs checking. I guess there will be minimum 2 weeks until it arrives. They never apologise. When I asked after they sent me the tracking link: What does it mean ? Will I get my order after 3-4 months instead of the 3-7 days which was written on your website when I ordered ? – They never replied anything for it. I had to wait for the production, the ship started and arrived with delay. I’m wondering how many people are fooled by the false stock information. They should have offered something for the delay, e.g. express delivery, small partial refund. Only reason I don't give 1 star is I hope I'll get the item I ordered. - Doll arrived today at 02.04. It is what I ordered including every gifts. The compensation for the delay is on the way, after the company saw my complaint.

Doll ordered over a month ago, 2 emails sent a week and 2 weeks ago. No response. No communication. They responded to this review, and yet many days later they still don't respond to an email. This is insane.

Positive experience with excellent staff....unfortunately, there were some defects at the beginning, and the doll arrived without a hole in its mouth, but we're working on fixing it. Good value for money. Anyway, a recommended site. Thanks
