I made an order on Nov 4th, 2024; today is Dec 21st, and the order has not been received, but they already sent three emails asking to provide feedback on the items sent.

I order my oil almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my order or any updates.

Been almost a month since my order, it is still "awaiting fulfillment" status. I've sent a message a week ago asking for an update or any communication on my order, but no reply has been given.

I've tried several other companies to get a fragrance oil with a true creamy, decadent, and sweet scent of marshmallow and they failed miserably. This is spot on! I hope they get more of this in different sizes back in stock soon!
