I received the wrong battery. called the day it was installed and told they would replace the battery with the one I payed for and that I would receive a call back. I never got a call back. made several calls to them only to get a run around. finally I received an email stating my "claim was under review"and I would hear from them in 1 to 2 business days. That was a week ago.

Battery died in winter and I called them and they came to me and changed my X1 BMW battery in my driveway. Quick, professional and convenient service at a reasonable price.

Brandon showed up quickly after my call. He had picked up the battery that fits my car & did the installation . He was very knowledgeable & pleasant to talk with. All in all a great experience. My car was in my garage & wouldn't start. Within a few hours my car started beautifully. You can't beat the convenience.

On time and great service

They were very helpful and the communication was good. The mechanic was great. There were 2 batteries in the diesel truck in the snowy cold. The mechanic knew what he was doing - many of these mobile mechanics don’t know more than just flipping a battery out & in. Massive diesels take a bit more —- a bit expensive - but the service was good & loads of folks had to make a bit of money of this emergency transaction.
