What an efficient way to get an old battery replaced! I came back from a 2 week vacation to my battery dead and when I tried to jump it, I noticed it was fully corroded. So instead of trying it myself, I looked up a battery installer who would also purchase the battery on my behalf (being I couldn't drive anywhere lol). They had the right battery for my car make/model, were reasonably priced (and cost included labor), and they came out to test my old battery, take it and recycle it, and install the new battery! All within an hour or two. Thank you for the speedy and professional help!

Made purchase late afternoon on sat. Within a half hour got a response from office they could not accommodate me that day. Said they would follow up next day after 9 a.m. Received call at 9:30 for install by 1 p.m. Tech Williams arrived promptly,was friendly and went straight to work with all the tools he needed. 12:30 to 1:15 and job was completed! Hassle free. Would highly recommend this service to anyone who are fed up with dealerships or service centers .

I called 1800 battery after first trying another company that was scheduled to come install a battery in my car that morning. The first company no called and no showed then attempted to debit my bank account. After finding 1800 battery and placing an order the tech was at my home within an hour and a half, same day service. Who was knowledgeable on how to work with my vehicle (mercedes) and completed the difficult battery replacement within one hour. Tech was professional and knew what he was doing. Which i appreciated. I highly recommend this company for home service if you have a difficult or out of ordinary vehicle. My car was dead and i couldnt move the seat back or forward to remove battery. The tech was very courteous, no nonsense and worked diligently to get my car running. Very much appeciated

Quick, user-friendly, and solved the problem. I have been wrestling with this problem for 3 years, offered to buy a new battery from AAA several times, and then they soaked me for a tow I never needed. I will refer my friends to 1800battery in the future.
