Shipping/Delivery: On time and the shipment was packaged well. Abt.com: Nice/easy to use interface Customer Service: Exceptional. I'm all about supporting the little guy and the main reason why I bought the item was because Rakuten was giving me 2% cashback, glad I found out. Also found out Amazon was giving me a 15 off promotion on the device and you guys automatically match that no questions asked. Tremendous service and I look forward to doing business with them again.

We ordered a refrigerator on May 18 with estimated delivery date 7-14 days. When we called on June 26 they said the new delivery date would be July 22. We have called 3 times since July 22 and each time are told that we will be called back with information. They never call back. I understand the Covid19 plant closure issue but not the lack of response from ABT.

My experience with ABT was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I came across the company based on consumer reports that had service as really good with excellent pricing. Not true. We're homeowners with tenants living in one of our properties, had a stove stop working. Upon a recommendation, we elected to order a stove from you all. We were able to get a comparable price with ABT being $19 less than the local store with the installation fee being considerably cheaper. We ordered with a CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE OF JULY 24, 2020. Only July 23 at 345pm we got a call informing us that our stove would not be delivered the next day but that now it would be delivered on August 14th at the latest. This was unacceptable. We called and expressed that much. Upon speaking with Matt in customer service, we were given the option of choosing another stove which we did at the same price. We were told this one would be shipped DIRECTLY FROM ABT. We were told that this stove, because of delivery could only be delivered by 7/31. Matt made a call to confirm this much. Today is 7/31 and no stove. Not only did we not get a stove, we were not called to be informed that our stove would not arrive. Upon calling to find out why our stove had not come, we were told that the date was unexpectedly changed to August 6th. We now have tenants who were already without a stove for the week plus when this ordeal began, but now it will be another week before they receive a stove which will make it nearly a month of no use of their stove. This has been a complete crap show of service and I cannot understand how people can be expected to be patient with such crappy communication and treatment of customers.

Shipping was slow, understandable due to Covid-19. Everything else from product availability to pricing to delivery was perfect!

The delivery persons were outstanding. They were on-time, courteous and informative, careful of our property and health (always masked) and efficient. The provided a lot of good information about our new products while installing them and then took some time to review new features and best practices in using them. Great work.

First of all <,, I called to confirm my order with the actual company and spoke to a supervisor and he was so pleasant and helpful,, I didnt realize when I placed the order that your company was in another state,, so I was concerned I wouldnt get my order in a few days as it said and he assured me I would,, and I DID!!.... I was so excited ,, IT was seamless and I am so happy with my air conditioner, Thank you so much!!,,, I will def use you guys in the future and recommend !!!
