send me defective Item after reporting issue and contact customer service almost every day for 9 days still cant return and get my refund since they blaming UPS and UPS blame ABT. I purchase few items in past but never have to deal with return and this time i see how poor is there customer service.

Our air conditioner arrived with an extensively damaged accordion/curtain set up. Instead of offering to send a new one, the representative insisted that we send the WHOLE UNIT back and then they would send a WHOLE UNIT; in the meantime, they expected us to go without an air conditioner. VERY POOR SERVICE. Will not do business again, nor recommend.

Abt is a joke, really gone down hill over the last 10 years. Salesman (several) & managers liars w/ horrible customer service. Bought big screen Proscan TV, charged card but 3 weeks to come in. Picked up, get home. TV doesn't work, 3 more weeks, pick up another TV, it breaks in 1 month. Return it to Abt,( third trip their) they tell me "We no longer carry Proscan" Takes 2 month's, multiple calls & a 4th trip back to credit my card! O stars if possible! Don't shop here! Since owner died his kids run store like an amusement park!

Found Abt by SHEER caprice - in this case INCREDIBLE good luck. VERY impressed being in business since '36 - before the "big 1". Tech Supp is SUPERB! They KNOW of what they speak. Prices r UTTERLY embarrassing...to ANY company doing business in America especially online! Like Amazon, they seem to have everything; and if THEY do, no more Amazon, Amazon Prime, hier Prime prices, hi shipping...!!!!! And my BIGGEST joy is shipping, or lack thereof. I ordered an SD Micro card; only 18 bucks - beat Best Buy, etc - substantially! And NO sales tax! The ONLY way to get a deal online is good price but MORE IMPORTANT NO S&H, NO sales tax. Ive spent from 18-89 bucks, so far. Not a penny for S&H or tax. ABT is for CUSTOMERS who spend their money with wisdom and sagacity!!!! LOVE this place/site/store/company...! Phil Isard

We happened to come across ABT Appliances & Electronics while doing a Google search. It proved to be a great find! We have purchased (3) dehumidifiers, a cook-top, and microwave ovens over the course of a few years, and have been thoroughly satisfied with their customer service, prices, and the bonus of no tax in most states. We have had free delivery with the items we have purchased, and the items were shipped and received in a timely manner. We would recommend ABT without reservation. Anthony & Annette Galvano
