I had my meeting with Alan Shaw and he was very helpful in explaining what to do and how to make the impressions. Due to his guidance I was able to get them done in one shot. !!

Dont do it. No matter how many impressions you take, they will never be satisfied with them. I can't tell you how many I've taken even after the video and following instructions to the max. I have now spent close to $800 for absolutely nothing. I will be looking for a refund since I have not been able to receive treatment. This has gone on long enough.

I am very disappointed with this entire process. The communication has been extremely slow at every step, with long delays between emails and no clear updates. It has now taken far too much time, and even the reimbursement process is dragging on. Overall, the experience has felt disorganized and unreliable. If you don’t want to take the risk of delays or unwanted results, I would not recommend this service.

UPDATE - they contacted me and are refabricating my night guard for free. they say it will take 3 weeks. it took them almost 2 months to send my night guard, and it arrived totally wrong and they ignored my specifications that they promised they'd follow.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with AlignerCo so far! The entire process has been surprisingly easy, especially the impression kit. The instructions were clear, and completing the impressions at home was much simpler than I expected. One of the standout parts of my experience has been the customer service team. Every time I've had a question, they've been incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive. It's reassuring to know there are real people available to guide you through the process.
