I feel the video helped with my impressions. The instructions are clear. However with an instructor I bit down like I was supposed to and kept them in as long as I was supposed to along with taking them out of my mouth correctly. Little tricks and direction from the instructor helped me get my impressions done right the first time. Thank you

Brian Johnson is a very helpful customer service/aligner impression instructor. Kind and patient. However, I agree with others who have said the company is very slow to process aligners and they also approved my first and 2nd sets of impressions then later sent me the trial aligners again only to say I had to redo the impressions and 9 months later I’m still only on level 2, but waiting for another set to be delivered to continue the process. Very frustrating

Great impression assistance

The impression kit was delivered very quickly. Scheduling a video appointment to help me take the impressions correctly was simple, and I was able to book for the next day. Brian Johnson was incredibly kind, supportive, and patient throughout the session. The kit included two sets of trays in three different sizes, which made it easy to choose the best fit. It also came with an extra impression set, which was very useful because I made a mistake on my first attempt. I also appreciated that a prepaid return label was included, so I didn’t have to pay for return shipping. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Alignerco and Brian.

Excellent help from start to finish. But the only problem is that then, responding to emails is a hassle.But when you call in, they help you right away.

Alignerco has met my every need so far and I am excited to start my smile journey with them! Their customer service team is fast at replying and very helpful in every way, the answered all my questions.

Very early in the process and have not received the aligners yet but was impressed with the impression kit. Having a video call was extremely helpful in making the mold impressions and they would not have been done correctly if I was doing them on my own. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is when I ordered the kit they stated it was delivered and when I called to say it wasn’t I was accused of not seeing it and they wanted to charge me for a second kit until I found proof from the delivery carrier that it was delivered to a house in a different state. When I called the second time they were nicer and resent the kit for free. Fingers crossed the rest of the experience goes more like the video call.
