Absolutely terrible. I used this software about 2 weeks, but in general not usable. I tried a connection between my Windows PC and my Mac. My Mac is at home, while I'm e.g. on business trips and use my Windows PC. There wasn't any day at all, where the software didn't crashed on the Mac. Then you don't have a chance to reconnect, because you need someone, like my wife, to restart the SW on the Mac. And this several times a day. Then I opened a ticket a the support team. The answers are really unbelievable. I had the feeling, they don't know their own software. No matter. Result. Terrible buggy software.

Terrible service. Even though it offers a lot of nice features for a cheap price, the service itself is extremely unreliable. It's horribly slow, even slower than free services like DWS. The support is fundamentally useless.

Absolutely useless. Does not work as specified, connections are lost or the image is crumbled. I gave up after a few days.

Ich hatte die Software vor einiger Zeit verwendet, als die Internetverbindung noch ziemlich instabil war, und habe sie damals leider aufgegeben. Vor Kurzem habe ich ihr noch einmal eine Chance gegeben und war positiv überrascht: Sie läuft jetzt deutlich besser. Für meine Anforderungen ist sie völlig ausreichend – die Verbindung ist stabil, die Geschwindigkeit gut und die Benutzeroberfläche angenehm übersichtlich. Ich hoffe, dass sie sich weiterhin so positiv entwickelt!!

It worked for a couple of weeks and then it just stopped allowing us to connect all together.. Terrible for business.

The software is not secure. They sell Privacy feature for yearly plan, but this doesn't work. Each file I tried to transfer from MY computer, under MY account is visible on the remote black screen. And there is no way to turn it off. Not recommend.

WARNING: Only install this program if you are bored out of your gourd and have a few hours to kill. I was looking for a remote desktop program because my windows RDP wasn't connecting and ran across this one in some reviews. One thing that caught my eye was that it supported remote gaming, which was more than I need, but that was a plus so, fortunately, I was able to install the free versions. It took awhile to figure out how to set up and remote into the computer (couldn't find any guides) and thought I was set but the connection was really laggy as in click and wait. It's really a clunky process to try to navigate. As a further test, I tried to view a video and all I got was a black screen. I did have sound and could see the video in thumbnails but not full screen so I just chalked that up as 2 hours I'd never get back and I'd just uninstall it. Well, not so fast buckey! I couldn't just uninstall it because I got a warning that the program was in use. I closed the program and restarted the computer and tried again but got the same message. I checked Anyviewer's website and found the instructions there and tried to run the uninstaller in my programs folder, as they suggested, and got the same result. I would restart the computer and it would automatically run. I figured out how to delete it from starting up by going into CClleaner and getting rid of it there then it would not start when I restarted the computer and I could finally uninstall it. And then, I noticed that it was in my firewall and that was another fun process to get rid of it. With the 2nd computer, I was fortunate enough to have a restore point that I could fall back on.
