It worked right out of the box

I had an issue with the cord and wrote to the company on a Friday expecting to hear back from them on Monday. They wrote back to me on Friday and communicated with me over the weekend. By Monday I had a replacement cord. Amazing customer service!

I had an issue with the handle on my charger that I believe was casued by my own handling and not a manufacturing defect. I had paid for the very reasonably priced extended warranty but didn't expect it to be covered. To my happy surprise, Apex promptly shipped me a replacement at no charge and even followed up to make sure I didn't have any issues getting it swapped over. I've found it exceedingly rare to get good customer support from any company and I was very happy with Apex. I've recommended them before and will continue to do so wholeheartedly as well as purchasing more chargers in the future from them when I add more EV's.

I found this company while search on that jungle site for a L2 charger. I wasn't sure about the tech or the company, so I called their customer service. My friend Ed picked up the phone (Yes, he is my friend now) and gave me a proper rundown of everything I needed to know. He did it with cheer, enthusiasm, expertise, and care, all on top of super clear and understandable English. We chatted for as long as I needed to, and not a moment less. Let's say that I was impressed. I immediately ordered the MACH III for its versatility. I paid for expedited processing and delivery out of necessity. The product shipped the same day and arrived 3 days EARLY! Again, I'm impressed. I plug the unit into the 110v and it reads at 7m/hr, the 240v/50a outlet brings me up to 27m/hr! They just don't stop impressing me. Let me also say, they have checked in on me throughout the process. Making sure that I don't need help with anything. These people are super rad.

Been extremely happy with the purchase, recently noticed the j plug connector started cracking. Reached out to support team, very quickly had the case resolved my issue in a very helpful manner and very quickly. Wow!!!! Thank you sooo much!!!

Solid product support, great charger, better than the Grizzl-E chargers we'd been using in the past. We have 4 of them in our fleet, and going to add 2 more.

Customer Service has been outstanding. I ordered directly from the company and unit got here super quick. Unit is very compact, simple operation, and good features via their app. Definitely recommend Apex!

A year and a half ago I made the leap into the EV world, and needed level 2 charging AND a 30' cable to make it viable in my house. This is how I happened upon Apex, as almost all were 25'. Their warranty was also appealing at 5 years. Upon receiving my unit (great price on their site, too) their product support was great, reaching out to ME to ask if I or my installer had any installation or use questions. Wow, PROACTIVE custome service. Fast forward to a month ago when I came out and the connector to plug into the car had a crack in it. Called them that same morning, and they asked me to simply send them pictures of it, and they shipped out a replecement the next day. Wow, in this day of overseas call centers, not only did they handle the problem, but called the day after I received it to ask if I had any installation questions or issues. Bottom line, the product is good, price is fair, and the service outstanding. Highly recommended company. Thanks, Apex!
