We own a shop and have used Repair Pal for many years. We opted to end our relationship with them as other options are a better fit for us now. I gave written notice of termination at the beginning of Aug. It took multiple outreaches to get a reply from support. When I did they added a sales rep that wanted to touch base. I let them know our decision is made and to proceed with the termination. Instead they have charged our credit card 4 x since the beginning of August and ignored my outreaches to support. As a long term customer it is disappointing and frustrating. I don't recommend any shop to do business with them if this is how they treat customers like us who have always paid on time.
