I orderd ps4 controller back in July and hasn't came, I have emailed them and there rey is it will take longer due to covid, but I can't track my parcel and want my money back wich I've asked them but they won't do it, I'm so angry as not got 35 to to throw away like this 🙈

Fake controller, doesn't work. Still waiting for a refund 6 months later, despite being told I would get one - have emailed about 10 times and receive the same blanket response every time. This is a fraudulent company - don't give them your money.

Scammers. Tracking numbers are fake. Customer service (via email) says they’ll send out a new controller (every time you contact them). Will not issue refund if you ask, just repeat they’ll send out new controller (which never happens).

Got my controller 4 months after ordering it.. and it's not working and they don't want to give me a refund!! Never shopping at this site again, even if the price is cheap.

do not order from here a big scam i ordered a controller in April and here we are in October no refund no controller I've emailed them several time nothing I will never order again . They pretty much just took my money

It's fine. The deadzones on the sticks is not the same as a first party controller making shooters frustrating. I found myself over correcting. If you are considering these because they are cheaper, I recommend just purchasing a first party controller on sale or refurbished.
