Terrible customer service. I bought a PS4 controller from them in March. It arrived in April but the box was beaten to hell and the R2 trigger doesn't work. I contacted them immediately and they asked for a picture and video of it not working, I provided that within a day and 6 months later I still don't have a replacement. I've sent an email to their customer service department and they respond everytime but it's always the same "Please allow me to check with the logistics department about your issue. I'll update you as I received any information regarding this issue." Reply. They're a scam, avoid at all cost.

This company is a scam and from reading the reviews it is clear that they’ve been doing the same thing to all customers which is very disappointing and shouldn’t be let off. Actions need to be taken against this company.do not buy from this company because it takes really long and the guy said he will give us another one but he didn’t after waiting 7 month

I ordered one controller from them back in April. I finally received it last month and I immediately knew I screwed up. The entire box was crushed in transit. There was no care or thought put into it. They also came from China which isn't stated on their website. I assumed it was an American company. I started using the controller and I was shocked when it shut off in the middle of my game. The controller was fully charged by the way. It happened 2 MORE TIMES after that. After that, I just stopped using it. Do not buy anything from this company. You've been warned!

I ordered a controller for the ps4 months ago and still haven't recieved it. The tracking number is a lie and paypal won't help because they claim they shipped it. It's a total scam.

Ordered a controller in April 2020 and here we are 5 months later, still no controller, and no refund. Every time I email requesting my money back, I get the same generic response from some person named Stacy saying they’ll look into it.

Honestly... if you are reading this review and trying to decide whether or not to use this company, RUN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK!!! This company is an absolute joke. They are thieves and rip off specialists! I don't think I have enough room to give my entire experience but ill try. 1) They advertised 16 days shipping to Canada from the USA however it took 67 days before our package arrived. 2) They arrived in two separate shipments which they lost during transit and basically told us it was our responsibility to find them and track it to figure it out. 3) Once they arrived the boxes were very poorly packaged everything was crushed. 4) Once we finally got the controllers, ALL 10 CONTROLLERS did not work! Yes that is right ALL 10 were damaged and worked terrible. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY! 5) When we contacted the customer service department, which took an extremely long time to get a response back from anyone, all they have done is given us the run around each and every day. 6) Finally they said they would only refund 50% of what we paid for BROKEN/UN-USABLE product they sold us... It has been another 3 months since that was said and they still have yet to give us our refund. NOW THE COWARD COMPANY WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF OUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS REGARDING GETTING THE REFUND. THIS IS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE THROWN IN JAIL FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!

Been 7 months now. I ordered 2 controllers . When contacting customer support and emailing for months back and forth it has only been one person responding. I resend my order number and address. Nothing changed. The shipment tracking is an unsecured website. They rob you of your money. I am moving in a month and still have yet to get my controllers and never will. Worst $60 ever spent.

This review is a little dated, but to tell you the truth I didn't even realise this company was on TrustPilot. I ordered a white controller from these guys back in May, and what I received was not what was advertised. The length of time that it took to deliver was not the issue, as I knew that this company was not in the EU and therefore would have had longer wait times. The controller I received was a joke. Almost a shell, it was made of cheap, shoddy plastic. The buttons didn't map correctly, pressing the left analog stick would not register, and the dead zone for the controller (not games, I've tried several games only to have the same issue cross-title) was all wrong. Some games would be too sensitive, others wouldn't be sensitive enough. The battery life for the controller is little more than an hour, maybe 90 minutes at best. If you do order one of these, I recommend investing in a good quality, moderate length micro USB cable to facilitate regular charging. To top it off, the controller colour that I ordered was completely different from what I received. As mentioned, I ordered a WHITE controller, but what I received was a gun metal grey. Overall, the controllers are not worth the money you pay for them. I wouldn't recommend them, especially if you're looking for a controller that reflects quality in the price you pay.
